Robert Marvin has had over eighteen
years of successful leadership and management experience in
real estate development and property mangement. Robert has worked
for The Widewaters Group, Grubb & Ellis Real Estate Services
and Rochester Management. At Grubb &Ellis Robert played
a major role in the construction and management of the Bausch
& Lomb’s state of the art world headquarters.
Robert’s background includes extensive training and experience
in the skilled trades. He is a master electrician, licensed
in Backflow prevention and has his Associates Degree in applied
science in HVAC technology. Robert is a New York Realtor and
has received both his Real Property Administrator and Facility
Property Administrator from BOMI international. Roberts technical
knowledge combined with his real estate license and property
management designations enable him to not only understand the
needs of the property owner but he has the ability to anticipate,
diagnose, fix and advise the property owner on any mechanical
issues. |

Nicholas
J. Harris, CPM, PCAM
Vice President of Operations

Nicholas Harris has been in
the Real Estate management business since 1992, holding a Certified
Property Manager designation, as designated by the Institute
of Real Estate Management, a Professional Community Association
Manager’s designation, as designated by the Community
Associations Institute, and he is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Nicholas actively participates in the local chapter of the Institute
of Real Estate Management #58. He currently serves as the Vice
President of the Education Committee and is President Elect
for 2007. Nicholas is a graduate of the Rochester Institute
of Technology and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Nicholas got his start in the residential sector with the Cabot
Group in 1992 and quickly became a leader in the field of condominium
and town home management, managing 13 associations with 1,500
units and almost 2,000 residents. In 1998 he joined the Widewaters
Group Commercial Management division and was directly accountable
for managing all aspects of a portfolio encompassing 1.7 million
square feet of “Class A” office space and prime
retail space. |
