| Catherine Barnum has six years
in property and facility mangement. Currently she is working
as a Property Manager for 100 unit town home complex for Mark
IV Construction and previously managed the corporate headquarters
facility for ESL Federal Credit Union. Catherine received her
Bachelors degree in liberal art from SUNY Geneseo and is currently
half way through her MBA program at the University of Phoenix.
Catherine is a New York Realtor. She has extensive training
in customer service and has experience in construction management
and move and relocation planning. As a highly effective planner,
problem-solver, decision-maker, and negotiator developing and
maintaining tenant relationships are her specialty. |
